Concurrently, our design team will help you choose a floor plan. Whether it is a log, log sided, traditional or modular home you are considering, our goal is to provide you with a complete package that dovetails with your site, meets your needs and fits into your budget.

The footprint of your package will then be integrated into a site plan that also includes power, water, driveway and septic design.
